More editing fun & Sneak Peek Combo

Danielle and Patrick were a pleasure to shoot. I love alternative couples and people in general. Yes, that is a wedding dress. It's just a black one. :-)

This is Danielle and Patrick's Sneak Peek and also a before and after. I did a lot of work to this photo and was so proud of it that I just had to post the before photo to show the difference and to show what can be done and how a photo can once again be transformed into art.

I hope you enjoy..

A before and after

A big part of what my clients get when they book me is a finished product. I love to take a photo and turn it into art. Some things simply cannot be done in camera even with a full studio set up on location which is not the easiest thing in the world to do and carrying all that stuff around and setting it up takes too much precious time.

This photo is a before and after from Jamee and Alex's Engagement session.

Hope you enjoy!

Sneak Peek - Jamee and Alex Engagements!

Jamee and Alex hired me a few months ago to shoot their wedding on 3-29-09 which is only 2 days away! I did their engagement session about two weeks ago and just wanted to show a couple of photos from it.

Alex selflessly risks his life as a fireman and when he told me this on the phone, I immediately asked if we could use the fire department and fire truck for their engagement shoot. I agreed to drive the two hours to where they live to use the fire truck.

When we showed up, they pulled the fire truck out and it was massive! It's a million dollar truck so we had to be careful not to hurt it. :-). It was one of the biggest fire trucks I've ever seen. He told us it's the one they use for really big fires.

Jamee looked so adorable and had such a beautiful smile. She looked fabulous and was such a good sport with everything we asked her to do. I can't wait to shoot their wedding in 2 days!

Here's my photo sneak peek for Jamee and Alex! I hope you enjoy!

Rena's Amazing Boudoir Session

Warning: Some of these photos are definitely not appropriate to view at work.

I had a blast working with Rena doing her boudoir photos. She was a ton of fun to shoot and I am in love with the pictures. I just love taking these photos and helping women to bring their inner sexy out!! Rena will be giving these photos to her fiance on their wedding night as his wedding gift. He's one lucky man! :-)

I have so many photos that I love from this session so I am going to post them all! I hope you enjoy them!

This one is the most risque photo in my opinion so close your eyes if you get easily offended!

This one was more for fun than anything. She had just gotten into the bed and had this happy dream like feeling about how comfortable the bed was. I just love this picture even though I cut her feet out because it was a moment that I had to capture quickly!

Another natural moment. I love this one too!

This one isn't very "boudoir" but it's a great shot of the lovely Rena!

That's all folks. See you next time! Hope you enjoyed it.

A before and after

Fine tuning and enhancing images goes such a long way. I just love editing and making photos that much more special by putting that little bit of extra time and effort into them.

Here's a boudoir before and after photo of the lovely Rena. This is standard glamour editing for all of my boudoir clients. I've smoothened the skin and given it that glamour glow. I've darkened the background to bring the focus on our beautiful bride to be. I warmed her skin up just a little bit and saturated the colors and added a contrast boost.

I hope you enjoy!

Erica and Brandon - Sneak Peek 2

To balance things out, I thought I'd show a photo of Brandon before I get back to editing photos from my other clients. I have a couple more sessions to finish up before I can get to the rest of these.

Here's Erica's other half! :0)

Sneak Peek - Erica and Brandon

Erica and Brandon were actually married almost two years ago. Unfortunately they didn't have a good photographer and were left unhappy with their wedding photographs. Erica first contacted me back in January and we just did their shoot tonight. They got dressed back up in their wedding attire and we went all over and got some amazing photos of them.

The following photo stood out to me the moment I got home so I uploaded it and edited it. Brandon isn't in this photo but he'll be in many that are soon to come.

Oh and I very rarely do this but I wanted to share both the before and after version of the photo. Some times people think these images just come out of the camera looking amazing. This photo has about 45 minutes worth of work put into it to take it from capture to completion.

More photos from Erica and Brandon's session coming soon!

ND Wedding Album Proof

This is a 13x9.5 wedding album. The images you are viewing are 2 page spreads. Imagine a line directly down the center and that's where the fold in the book will be. There will be a slight gutter but you won't lose any image as the print is continuous across.

When opened, the book is 9.5 inches tall and 26 inches long. The images will be much larger than they appear on the screen as the book will be much larger than the monitor viewing space. If an image takes up half of one page (one side of a spread), then that image will be at least 4.5x6 inches.
