Erica and Brandon - Reveal !!

A while back, I posted a sneak peek of Erica and Brandon with the following text:

"Erica and Brandon were actually married almost two years ago. Unfortunately they didn't have a good photographer and were left unhappy with their wedding photographs. Erica first contacted me back in January and we just did their shoot tonight. They got dressed back up in their wedding attire and we went all over and got some amazing photos of them."

The photos have been edited for some time now but I have been slacking on updating my blog because I am super busy editing photos and doing shoots and barely have time to breathe. Better to be busy and have a lot of work than to be wishing I had more work though, right? :-)

Erica and Brandon came over and chose their photos to print last week and they just loved them! She sent me an amazing review and I just wanted to share it with my blog readers. Here it is:

"I did not get any photos that I was proud to show off from my wedding. My husband agreed to re-shoot our wedding photos with another photographer. This was a big decision as I obviously did not pick right the first time. I searched through a lot of potential photographers, but nothing jumped out at me until I came across Pure Emotions Photography's webpage. The pictures spoke for themselves. Once we booked Alicia, she was in constant communication and everything went effortless. The shoot was professional and Alicia and her assistant were amazing to work with. We had fun on our shoot! When I got my pictures back they were BEYOND expectation. I LOVED THEM! Every single one! I highly recommend Alicia at Pure Emotions. She over-delivers with what she offers. Honestly, you won't be disapointed. "

Isn't that sweet? We loved working with you two lovebirds as well!

Okay, you want to see the photos, right? Okay, okay, I won't make you wait any longer. Here they are! Hope you enjoy!

WOW Alicia! Smoking hot couple. These are so artistic and unique. I bet this couple was so happy and what a sad story about their wedding photographer not getting any good pictures of them! They lucked out to hire you for their re-do.

Great shots--lovely couple. I bet it was fun to get dressed up again in the wedding clothes too. You have a lot of lovelies here... one of my favorites is the first one of the bride in the hallway.

I'm so glad you were able to do this for this couple! They are gorgeous, and you did a really awesome job with them. Love that shot by the water, where he's dipping her.

Hey Alicia, great job on these. I particularly like the image of the Erica in B&W with the perspective of the hall behind her, love the perspective and love the dramatic lighting on her face. I think you really did great in these, and by the looks of it, you were able to bring out some great emotions and created some really cool moments like when she is making a face. I also liked the way you process for that vintage look in some of the images, that looks great.

LOVE the black and white one of them by the water (5th from the bottom). Since they didn't get everything out of their original photographer, I imagine that image is EXACTLY what she was looking for. You've completely captured them, especially there.

These are fabulous! I started counting my favorites...3, 8, 10, 12....and then I lost count at the bridals in the hallway and the dip shot at night...I love your creative lighting and posing techniques!

Amazing images! What a gorgeous couple: I bet they will treasure these forever. The range of colors and textures you "caught" is marvelous. Makes me think about squeezing into my old gown ~ you really did a terrific job. Can't decide which is my favorite but I am leaning toward the one with him looking at her in the lobby (looks like her loves her soooo much) or the great stairs from a distance, great texture and commercial feel to it.
